Firefighters have been called to Horsham town centre after reports of someone trapped in a lift this afternoon (Thursday February 21).
West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service arrived on the scene in Swan Walk Shopping Centre at around 5.30pm.
A spokesperson said crew had been called to reports of a customer trapped inside a lift at the Marks and Spencer store.
