REVISED plans for the Parcelforce site in Brighton Road, Shoreham, will be considered by Adur planning committee on Monday.
The plans, prepared by architects King Conroy, have addressed concerns raised during the public consultation.
These included the height of the building, which remains seven storeys high on the plans but with lowered foundations, so it is half a metre lower.
The application is proposing to demolish the warehouse and redevelop the site with a mixed-use development comprising:-
l 132 dwellings
l 1,265sqm foodstore
l 121 sqm ancillary commercial
l 48 parking spaces for the foodstore
l 102 parking spaces within the basement to serve the residential units.
The residential units comprise 96 private and 36 affordable units.
The planning committee meeting will be at Adur Civic Centre on Monday, March 4, at 7pm, and approval has been recommended, subject to conditions.
