A 23-year-old Hampshire man has died after he fell from a hotel in Bognor Regis.
Sussex Police say that the man, who has been identified as Timothy Wall, of St Leonard’s, Ringwood, died after he apparently fell from a balcony at a hotel within the Butlins complex at Bognor Regis.
Emergency services were called to the scene around 1.15am today (Saturday November 24), but were unable to resuscitate Mr Wall who was pronounced dead at the scene. His next of kin have been informed.
Police secured the scene and spoke to witnesses at the hotel. At this time, the death is unexplained, but it is not considered to be suspicious.
The matter has now been passed to the coroner’s officer and a post mortem will take place in due course.
