Libraries in West Sussex are looking for readers to get involved in a number of free Christmas events this month.
The seasonal coffee morning and afternoon tea sessions, being held in several branches across the county, aim to get communities together in the run-up to the holiday.
Parents can also take their children to hear storytellers and join free craft and cooking classes.
The sessions start at Southbourne Library from 1:30pm on Friday December 7, with special rhyme-time event for babies at 2pm, before moving to Lancing at 11am on Tuesday December 11.
Staff at Witterings Library will also be singing carols from 10am on Thursday December 13 while people at Goring’s branch will be selling homemade Christmas food at 11am a day later.
Durrington Library will then be holding a free coffee morning from 11am on Monday December 17 before an afternoon tea session with storytellers takes place in Littlehampton at 5pm.
The events will then end in Rustington and Willowhale branches - which will both see staff serving mince pies and tea from 10am on Wednesday December 19.
To find out more about the sessions contact the Library Service on 01243 602 096.
